30 minutes prior: Set up & Decoration 

One hour : Museum Exploration

All party deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be applied in one of the following ways: The party may be rescheduled to another available date with no additional fees or penalties. The deposit may be transferred to a Project Play gift card for future use.  All reschedule requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.


We have a plethora of individualized add ons to make your child's party a hit! 


A few of our most popular add on's include:

1. Balloon Garland 

2. Themed Craft

3. Themed Science Experiment

4. Pizza, drinks and side items 

5. Child's name added to our outdoor monument sign 

6. Extra party time *can only be booked for the last party of the day

Children ages 0-7 years old will be counted towards your party headcount. Additional children may be added for $16.99 on the day of the event. 


 Our Fri- Yay package includes 12 children, DIY party package includes 20 children, Simply You includes 24 children, and our Supreme party package includes 24 children plus all decorations.  You may add more children for $16.99 per child.   


Yes, we will supply push pins for you to use to hang a banner, backdrop or balloon garland. 


Our buffet table  is 8 feet long, we typically recommend a 6 by 4 or 7 by 5 foot long banner. 


 Yes, you may bring food and drinks to enhance your party.


Yes, to reserve your party time slot there is a $200 party deposit for both our DIY. $300 for our Simply You packages. There is a $500 deposit for our Supreme package. 


Our party tables are child sized however a standard rectangle tablecloth fit perfectly!  


 You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to start setting up, our team will be on hand during this time preparing and helping you get ready. You are also welcome to bring family or friends to help set up. 


You can pay your final balance online prior to the party or the day of the party. There is also a 10% service charge that will be added to your balance. We accept cash or credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. You may tip (optional) in cash or on a credit card. 


No, all party packages include a private rental of our entire facility. 


Our service fee is a nominal charge that helps cover various aspects of organizing and executing a seamless and unforgettable event. It allows us to maintain the highest standards, ensuring that your celebration is not only memorable but also stress-free. Taxes and a 5% service charge will be added to all parties 


Weather permitted you may also have access to our outdoor play space. However, we do not allow food on the lawn. 


 No alcohol of any kind is allowed anywhere on Project Play Museum premises. 


We will take care of all the cleaning at the end of your party!
