Open play, events and birthday deposits are non- refundable. By purchasing you understand that you are holding a spot therefore reservations for these are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend open play or an event, you may transfer the ticket to a friend. If this occurs, just have your friend tell us upon check-in.
We charge $14.00 per child, babies 6 months to 1 year are $7.00 with a sibling ticket. Adults are always free! We have plenty of interactive play opportunities for young babies and toddlers.
Yes! We will have snacks available for purchase, however we are also parents and understand that our offerings won’t work for everyone. No food or snacks are allowed in the play area.
Aside from getting a discount, here are a few reasons why we recommend buying a membership.
We allow siblings 6-12 months to play for $7, however each must accompanied by full paying sibling
We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal business hours. We, of course, allow birthday playdates, but we draw a strict line at bringing in any outside catering, cupcakes, decorations, or re-arranging tables in the café to accommodate your “party”.
Yes, children's shoes are to be removed while inside our play area. We require grip socks for children.
We require that all children are accompanied by adults at all times in the museum.
Your family’s safety and security are our highest priorities. Adults must be accompanied by a child, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Staff are always here to assist you but please be advised that parent and caregiver supervision is expected.
Yes, all adults and children must sign a play waiver before entering Project Play Discovery Museum.
