In Consideration of being allowed to enter the play area and/or participate in any party and/or program and/or field trip at Project Play Professional Corporation, the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of the participant(s) identified below. acknowledges, appreciates and agrees to the following conditions:

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant(s) named above, or have obtained permission from the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s) named above to execute this agreement on their behalf. I agree that the participant(s) named above and I shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions as conditions for participation in any party and/or program at Project Play Discovery Muscum. In addition, if I observe any hazard during our participation, I will bring it to the attention of the nearest Project Play Discovery Museum employee or official immediately. I understand that I am responsible for my child's safety and behavior at all times each visit.

I am aware that there are inherent risks associated with participation in Project Play Discovery Museum parties and I. on behalf of myself and the participant(s) named on the reverse, knowingly and freely assume all such risk. both known and unknown. including those that may arise out of the negligence of other participants;

I for myself and the participant(s) named above. and our respective heirs, assigns. administrators. personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless, Project Play Professional Corporation, and Project Play Discovery Museum management. their affiliates, officers, members, agents. employees, other participants, and sponsoring agencies from and against any and all claims, injuries. liabilities or damages arising out of or related to our participation in any and all Project Play Discovery Museum programs, activities, parties, and the use of the play area.

What age is your play space for?

Project Play is geared towards children 6 months to 6 years old

How much do I pay to play?

We charge $14.00 per child, babies 6 months to 1 year are $7.00 with a sibling ticket. Adults are always free! We have plenty of interactive play opportunities for young babies and toddlers.

May we bring in our own food?

Yes! We will have snacks available for purchase, however we are also parents and understand that our offerings won’t work for everyone. No food or snacks are allowed in the play area.

I have a toddler/ preschooler and an infant, does my infant need to pay?

We allow siblings 6-12 months to play for $7, however each must be accompanied by a full paying sibling

Do we have to take off our shoes to play?

Yes, children's shoes are to be removed while inside our play area. We require grip socks for children.

What is your cancellation policy?

Events and birthday deposits are non- refundable. By purchasing you understand that you are holding a spot therefore reservations for these are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend open play or an event, you may transfer the ticket to a friend. If this occurs, just have your friend tell us upon check-in.

Can I have my child's birthday party during regular open play hours?

We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal business hours. We, of course, allow birthday playdates, but we draw a strict line at bringing in any outside catering, cupcakes, decorations, or re-arranging tables in the café to accommodate your “party”.

Can I drop my child off or do I have to stay?

We require that all children are accompanied by adults at all times in the museum.

What is your security policy?

Your family’s safety and security are our highest priorities. Adults must be accompanied by a child, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Staff are always here to assist you but please be advised that parent and caregiver supervision is expected.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, all adults and children must sign a play waiver before entering Project Play Discovery Museum.
