Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open! Please note, like most private schools, our enrollment process is not first-come, first-served. Instead, we follow a structured process that includes:

The Hive is our two day option designed for older threes and fours who are ready for more structure, deeper learning, and growing independence. This class serves as a strong bridge to our Explorers program and, when appropriate, our Hybrid Kindergarten.

Our Kindergarten program is for families who are looking for a hybrid school model. Our program consists of three days in school, two days at home for the perfect blend of homeschool education. Homeschooling can be daunting but our program takes the weight off you, the parent and allows us to work together as a team!

Discovery School’s new First Grade Hybrid Program combines the best of structured academic learning with the flexibility of hands-on, play-based experiences. Our three-day-a-week schedule allows students to gain essential first-grade skills in a dynamic, small-group setting while providing families with the flexibility to adapt the program to their unique needs.

Monday Enrichment gives children a day of learning beyond our core curriculum. Each day focuses on hands-on projects, STEM challenges, and foreign language exposure. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will add one grade level per year with the goal of becoming a two-year-old through fifth grade campus. We believe in expanding thoughtfully so that our culture, small class sizes, and commitment to excellence remain strong as we grow.

What are your age groups?
Discovery School offers a 2's, 3's, 4's, kindergarten & first grade
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, your second child will receive a 10% their monthly tuition.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $150 nonrefundable registration fee per child to secure your child's spot in the program. This fee is paid once your child is accepted into our program.
What is the teacher child ration per class?
Our Tiny Tykes and Sprouts (2's and 3's) program will not exceed 12 students with 2 teachers
Our Explorers (4 year old) program will not exceed 12 students with 2 teachers
Our Elementary Grades will not exceed 12 students with 1 teacher
What does it mean to be a play based school?
Children are naturally motivated to play. A play based program builds on this motivation using it as the basis for all learning. Our focus is for children to explore, experiment, discover and solve problems in imaginative and playful ways.
What are the vaccine requirements?
All children are required to either be immunized or to have a medical or religious exemption on file in the school office.
How do you communicate with parents?
We use a program called Brightwheel that allows us to communicate and send pictures to our families daily.
Is your program regulated by the state of Texas?
Our program is exempt from regulation by the Texas Health and Human Services' due to the days per week in which we operate. However, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your child and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care for your child. Our staff is trained, degreed professionals and have been background checked. Our Board of Directors have created policies and procedures for our staff to ensure the well-being of every child in our care.
